Rather than focusing on financially-motivated investment theory, I created Innovation Factory because I believe in the concept of “expert generalists.” Investing as we know it just can’t keep up with disruptive technology we need now, and I want to give my founders the chance to really make waves. That’s why I’m changing the game and giving Innovation Factory companies the chance to address the world’s emerging challenges with courage, creativity, and absolute freedom.

As technology continues to advance at an exponential pace, it’s critical that our personal surroundings reflect, adapt, and benefit from that growth, too. My entire philosophy is based on anticipating and creating for humanity’s needs at every stage of development, which is why I want to give people a chance to experience the thriving technological landscape that we’re now living in—whether that be through “Active Aging” facilities, co-living spaces, unmatched hospitality services, and more.

But that’s not the future I see for us, and I don’t think it’s the future anyone else wants, either. That’s what the Citizen’s Party is all about. No longer will citizens select their leaders based on a binary party affiliation. We are citizens of the United States of America, and we should select the leaders that most represent our values. Period. Now is our chance to shape our fate; we just have to take it.

LFG is targeting equity commitments of $1BN from investors looking to gain exposure to the high growth / high current yield returns of the lithium production and refining industry. The Company will source deal flow from its strategic partners based on its expertise in assessing resources and DLE brine validation testing capabilities to identify the highest quality assets.
